In the immortal words of Alan Partridge: S%*#t! Did you see that?! I mentioned before the game, very much in the manner of someone about to spend the next ninety minutes with buttocks and sofa in close proximity, that our Pav ought to pull his socks up for this one. And, while I’m not sure anyone could argue he burst any capillaries in his endeavours last night, he did at least, give us all a reminder that his talent for thwacking a bag of latex is something to behold. Boff!
