Ramires Keen on returning to the Stamford Bridge

Former Chelsea star Ramires has revealed his intentions to play for his former club again.

The Brazilian born midfielder, departed from the English club during January winter transfer window in 2016 to join up Chinese side Jiangsu Suning.  Several football predictions will se a positive future for Ramires when returning to Europe.

However, during this past winter transfer window, reports emerged that, the Brazilian was set to leave the Chinese League and was proudly linked with a move to Europe, with Serie A Side Inter Milan said to be one of the suitors interested in the Midfielder.

The Serie A side were reported to be tracking the 30-year-old for a while now and were hopeful for a move during the Winter transfer window.

Ramires confirmed the interests from Inter and revealed his intentions about coming back to the Stamford Bridge to play for his former club.

The Brazilian said to UOL Esporte via Sky Sports: “There’s been lots of talk about Inter, but nothing concrete has come my way, at least until today,

“Everyone knows Inter are a great club and that playing in Europe again is a wish of mine, but for now I’m thinking about helping Jiangsu have a great 2018.

“Chelsea? I’ll always have special affection for them and I want to play for them again before finishing my career.

“I know the doors of Stamford Bridge will always be open to me and that wearing their jersey again would be spectacular.”

During his Chelsea spell at Stamford Bridge, scored 34 goals and further providing 25 assists in 251 games, adding to his honors a Premier League, FA Cup League Cup, Champions League and Europa League during his spell in England.
